Luna House, a newly built 3-bedroom residence completed in 2022, features a drive-through garage, small garden, and heritage-sensitive design elements like window borders, arched garage entrance, and wooden gutters due to its proximity to a listed building. The project involved extensive ground and foundation work, blocklaying, electrical and plumbing installations, soundproofing, insulation (including kitchen and bathroom), tiling, plastering, carpentry, fire safety measures such as fire doors and sprinkler systems, and double glazing supplied by a sister company. Strict wheelchair accessibility was incorporated to meet updated building regulations, ensuring compliance with modern legislation. The construction process also entailed painting and decorating to deliver a fully finished, compliant, and heritage-sensitive home.
