PROJECT OVERVIEW
Lei Yan's extension project, completed in 2020, involved transforming the property by creating a bright, modern, and spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge area, along with installing a prefabricated garage at the front of the house and converting the old garage into a bedroom. The extensive works included ground and foundation preparations, blocklaying, new electrical and plumbing installations, soundproofing, U-value enhancements, tiling, plastering, carpentry, fire doors, double glazing, insulation for the kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, and comprehensive painting and decorating, resulting in a highly functional and contemporary living space
