PROJECT OVERVIEW
The renovation of the 3-bedroom house, completed in 2025, involved comprehensive upgrades including new electrical and plumbing systems, installation of fire doors where necessary, and the addition of double glazing supplied by our sister company to improve energy efficiency. The project also encompassed plastering, carpentry, tiling, kitchen and bathroom installations, flooring, and painting and decorating, as well as addressing U-values to meet current insulation standards, transforming the footprint into a modern, energy-efficient home.
